Did you download the latest version v4.1c?

Have you registered via the site correctly? The registration process is important as the code is specific for each computer, so you can connect to their server

Also, you need to pay the $25 EU (works out about $40 here) to enable sharing. Well worth it though 100X over.

there is no code for me to input to register for PP on the bottom of PP as it states on the registration page
